This agreement applies to all loop kits, one-shots, MIDI packs, and sample libraries from SCTUTORIALS.COM

By downloading, purchasing, or using any product, you agree to the terms below.

What You CAN Do:

  • Use the sounds in your own music productions, including beats, songs, remixes, and compositions.

  • Release your music on streaming platforms, YouTube, social media, radio, and more.

  • Sell or distribute music you make using these sounds.

  • Use in commercial or non-commercial projects (songs, videos, performances, placements, etc.).

 What You CANNOT Do:

  • Do not resell, share, or upload the sounds as individual files or as part of another kit.

  • Do not use the sounds to create your own loop kits, sample packs, or sound libraries.

  • Do not claim the original loops or samples as your own recordings.

  • Do not use any of our products to train Artificial Intelligence models

Important Notes:

  • All sounds are 100% royalty-free — no extra fees or clearance required.

  • You do not need to credit us (though it’s appreciated).

  • The license is non-exclusive (others may use the same product).

  • The license is non-transferable (you can’t give or sell it to someone else).

  • All rights to the original files remain with the creator. All rights reserved.
