+Tutor Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the +Tutor Program by SC TUTS. By subscribing to this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Overview

+Tutor is a 120-day subscription program designed to provide enhanced learning support through:

  • Weekly personalized feedback
  • Structured 6-month review process
  • Direct access to a dedicated tutor
  • Priority support and expert guidance

2. Eligibility

You must be enrolled in an SC TUTS course to join +Tutor. You must also have consistent access to FL Studio and internet connectivity for submitting your work and receiving feedback.

3. Subscription Duration & Renewal

  • +Tutor runs for 90 consecutive days from the date of purchase.
  • There is no automatic renewal. You may choose to re-subscribe manually.
  • You will receive a reminder email near the end of your term.

4. Services Included

Subscribers are entitled to:

  • 1 personalized feedback session per week (up to 24 sessions total)
  • Feedback can be provided via video, audio, or written response within 72 hours of submission
  • Suggestions on beat structure, mix, arrangement, sound selection, and workflow improvement
  • One-on-one Q&A access via email or direct message (Mon–Fri, response time: 24–48 hrs)

5. Submission Guidelines

  • You may submit 1 project (beat/song) per week
  • Files must be sent in WAV/MP3, other required format will be communicated.

6. Support Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 10AM – 6PM (GMT+1)
  • No support on weekends or public holidays

7. Refund Policy

+Tutor subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. Please ensure you are ready to fully participate before subscribing.

8. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any subscriber who displays disrespectful behavior, fails to meet submission guidelines, or misuses the service. No refund will be issued in such cases.

9. Privacy

All feedback and project files are kept confidential and will never be shared or used for any purpose outside the +Tutor program.

10. Use of Client Work for Marketing

By subscribing to +Tutor, you grant SC TUTS permission to use your submitted work, including before-and-after versions, for promotional and marketing purposes across social media, website, and other platforms. This includes:

  • Displaying your work in posts, stories, videos, and advertisements
  • Sharing testimonials and progress highlights
  • Using anonymized or credited versions as agreed

Please note: You retain 100% ownership and all rights to your work. SC TUTS will not sell or profit directly from your submissions. Your work is used solely to showcase the effectiveness of our program.

If you prefer to remain anonymous or opt out of marketing usage, please notify us in writing before or during your subscription.
