1. Digital Product Sales Are Final

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a product (such as loop kits, sample packs, MIDI files, or tutorials) has been purchased and delivered, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

This policy helps protect our intellectual property and prevent unauthorized distribution or duplication of our content.

2. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product due to a payment error.

  • You accidentally purchased the same product twice using the same account.

  • The file was corrupted or inaccessible, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time (typically 3 business days).

In these cases, please contact us immediately with your order details, and we’ll do our best to help.

3. Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet been processed or downloaded, you may request a cancellation by contacting support within 1 hour of purchase. After the product has been delivered or downloaded, the order cannot be canceled.

4. No Obligation for Credits or Attribution

All products are sold as royalty-free, and you are not required to credit SC TUTS in your final works — although credit is always appreciated.

5. Non-Transferable Rights

All purchases are licensed to the original buyer only and may not be transferred, shared, or resold in any way.

6. International Orders

All digital product policies apply regardless of your location. International customers are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once the product has been delivered.

7. Your Consent

By purchasing any product from SC TUTS, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not complete your purchase.
